BPPL has stepped into business as a partnership in 1985. Since our incorporation in 25th April 1992, the company had been dealing with various kinds of construction works such as:
BPPL’s core business lies in general building but we are also aggressively involved in interior and furniture works. BPPL operates a carpentry workshop at 72 Senoko Dr, Singapore 758240 which has its own state of art technology. Fabrication of all types of furniture and fitments are done in- house. Carpenters employed are highly experienced and well-versed.
To date, BPPL has been serving the community for nearly four decades and we are still striving our best to continue.

Having registered under BCA Work Head: CW01-C1, CW02-C3, CR03, CR06-L3, CR09-L1, CR13-L1, CR18, GB1, FM03 and under Government Supplier Works Head: EPU/FUR/10-S9, the company’s principal activities is to provide General Construction and Interior Decoration Works to the community and our main objectives is to provide quality finished product to all our valued customers.
BPPL has undertaken various nature of job scope and achieved excellence in areas such as addition & alteration, new building erection, various types of piling works, temporary structural works, r.c cum steel works, interior finishes, roofing works, interior fitments, external and landscape works etc.
Boldtek Holdings Limited is principally engaged to provide building construction services, interior decoration and fit-out services in Singapore. It also operates a precast manufacturing plant in the Iskandar region of Johor, Malaysia. The products from this precast plant primarily serve the Group’s public and private residential, industrial and commercial projects in Singapore. The plant’s excess capacity, if any, can be channelled to customers outside Singapore — possibly those in the Iskandar region.
Its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Le Premier Development Pte. Ltd. or “Le Premier Singapore” is engaged in construction development. Le Premier Singapore is currently redeveloping a freehold residential site located at 21 Paya Lebar Crescent, acquired in 2013, into high-end landed cluster housing.
